Blip is a free noticeboard platform for students. It allows users to create and share digital poster-style ads. Blip does not act as a party to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement made between users.

By accessing or using Blip you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must not post content that:

• Is illegal under any applicable law;
• Promotes, facilitates, or constitutes fraud, scams, or deception;
• Involves counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods;
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content;
• Promotes or sells controlled substances, weapons, or prohibited items;
• Violates any third-party intellectual property rights;
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate for a campus audience;
• Contains malware, phishing links, or any malicious code.

Blip reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice and to report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

Blip is a hosting platform only. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any ad posted by users. Blip is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from any posting or transaction conducted through the platform.

Any transaction, exchange, or agreement made between users as a result of an ad on Blip is solely between those users. Blip is not a party to and takes no responsibility for the outcome of any such arrangement.

Paid boosts (Homepage Featured, Category Spotlight, Extended Run, Clickable Link) are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Boosts cannot be transferred, exchanged, or credited. By purchasing a boost you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.

You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting on Blip you grant Blip a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content for the purpose of operating the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

Blip does not require user accounts and does not collect personal data beyond what you voluntarily include in an ad (e.g., a contact email or handle). Ads and any associated content may be stored in your browser's local storage. Do not include sensitive personal information in public ads.

Blip is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence under EU law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Blip after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
